xAPI Statement Generator based on the ADL xAPIWrapper

I’ve been developing various xAPI projects using the ADL wrapper, which is a framework for making calls to the LRS.

It became obvious early on that I needed a way to generate and test more complex statements before using them in my applications.

The solution in progress can be tried out here:

Lots remains to be done, especially the Context section, and adding detailed documentation and examples to each option, validation of each form field, and some usability enhancements.
