Google docs, an amazing suite of ever-improving applications that nearly replace the unusable behemoth that is Microsoft Office.

Google Docs Forms can be connected to a Google spreadsheet, so that the user's information is stored in the spreadsheet instead of simply sent to you by email.

Documents: This nice replacement for desktop-based word processing is loaded with features, but is fairly easy to use. Use images, tables, insert automatically generated tables of contents based on your headings, and best of all, the entire revision history is stored online, just like in a wiki!
